1. Provide technology leadership to a strong engineering team 2. Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products 3. Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends 4. Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices 5. Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required 6. Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore or Offshore model 7. Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups 8. Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution 9. Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go or No Go decision 10. Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc. 11. Closely working Business Teams, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams 12. Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors 1. B. Tech or BE with 8+ years of experience – working on multiple layer of technology 2. 8+ years of working experience in Web Services / API, REST Architecture, etc 3. Solid 7+ years of experience in UI related technologies (ReactJS, Angular etc.), must have experience in building UI components for an enterprise 4. 4+ years working experience in set up or maintenance of CI or CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, test, build , deployment and monitoring automation) 5. 4+ years of working experience in micro-services architecture and deployments 6. 4+ years of working experience on AWS 7. Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, Cloudwatch 8. Experience with Terraform, EKS and Mongo Atlas 9. Full stack hands-on engineer who can implement key product features 10. Hands-on implementation experience, should be able to design, implement key product features, be an active part of an Agile Scrum team 11. Knowledge on common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same 12. Knowledge on security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect etc.) 13. Proven good technical skills to understand complex designs, implement big and complex systems 14. Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 15. Proven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable) Careers with Optum.
