Description

Provides leadership and oversight to the Software Quality Engineering group. Monitors reliability and performance of the various components of DN software and networks. Responsible for integrating applications into monitoring solutions and building and maintaining a functional test framework. Analyzes and conducts thorough quality-control tests to ensure that software operates properly, is defect-free, and meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Documents and works to resolve all problems, and reports progress on problem resolution to leadership. Drives continual process improvements in the evolution of testing procedures for future replication.
