Your future starts here Du leitest das Sales Office schweizweit mit den Bereichen Solution Engineering und Sales Support und verantwortest den gesamten Angebotsprozess von der Anfrage bis zur Freigabe. Dabei treibst du die Digitalisierung voran und führst neue, effiziente Prozesse ein, um Servicequalität und Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen. Ausserdem entwickelst du dein Team gezielt weiter und förderst Kompetenzen sowie Potenziale in Solution Engineering und Sales Support. Gemeinsam mit Vertrieb und Key Account Management entwickelst du technische Lösungen, bereitest Verkaufsunterlagen und Präsentationen vor und begleitest bei Bedarf Kundengespräche. So trägst du wesentlich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und zur Zufriedenheit der Kundschaft bei.
