The Manager, Technical Solutions, directly manages the Technical Solutions team, comprised of nine Solutions Architects (SA) geographically dispersed across North America. As a working Manager, this role performs the duties of a people leader responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Technical Solutions Team, while also contributing to the design of complex solutions that meet the needs of Ross customers.
This hands-on, technical Management role demands a combination of well-honed pre-sales engineering experience, communication skills and problem-solving ability. The Manager, Technical Solutions, will be an effective people leader and ensure that the SA team is well trained and capable of supporting sales opportunities across the entire portfolio of Ross Solutions. This role will provide advanced expertise, including technical and commercial advice on complex, strategic projects, while also contributing to ongoing improvements within the Technical Solutions department in collaboration with the Director, Technical Solutions.
