We’re looking for a Manager, Solutions Architects to help customers build, launch, and grow with Webflow by providing technical guidance, best practices, and solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, technical needs, Webflow’s product, and trends in the industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional team members to uncover and unblock opportunities that allow customers to maximize their business value from Webflow, driving product and feature adoption and influencing product direction on their behalf.
With your technical expertise and industry knowledge you’ll be able to help customers build with best practices in mind ensuring they’ll build in a scalable manner and be able to grow in Webflow for years to come.

Responsibilities
  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC, Canada). **Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
  • Zone A: $161,500 - $222,500
  • Zone B: $153,000 - $211,500
  • Zone C: $145,5000 - $200,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow’s company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Manager, Solutions Architects, you’ll…

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects who help customers adopt and scale with Webflow through technical partnership and strategic guidance.
  • Drive engagement across the post-sales journey by evolving our implementation guidance, launch motions, and customer enablement processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify friction points, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate product adoption.
  • Build scalable systems and repeatable playbooks that increase the team’s effectiveness and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class technical guidance.
  • Step into high-stakes customer conversations and escalations as needed — not to take over, but to model great execution, provide support, and unblock your team.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture centered on feedback, growth, inclusion, and customer obsession.
  • Shape the future of Webflow’s post-sales technical motion by hiring exceptional talent, refining operating models, and championing quality across every touchpoint.
  • Coach Solutions Architects on how to engage effectively in complex pre-sales opportunities — helping them navigate technical discovery, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver strategic guidance with clarity and confidence.
  • Enable your team to lead strategic customer workshops and discovery sessions that accelerate solution validation, reduce risk, and build long-term trust in Webflow’s capabilities.
