As we inspire individuals towards lifelong health, we seek a proactive engineering manager with expertise in AI & automation to lead our evolving Solutions Engineering Team. This team plays a crucial role in evolving our B2B capabilities and overseeing technical implementations for a diverse range of customers and partners.
Your leadership will be pivotal in directing the Solutions Engineering Team to focus on scalability, business process automation, and advisory roles to ensure successful customer and alliance implementations. By positioning the team as a strategic partner rather than reactive support, you’ll engage with cross-functional teams to drive forward scalability and operational efficiency goals.

  Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
  California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $179,400 - $224,300, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $171,600 - $214,500. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects and technical solutions, with an emphasis on providing strategic insights for scalability and business process automation.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven record of offering strategic guidance and successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong advisory capabilities with a demonstrated ability to identify scalability challenges and collaboratively drive business process improvements across product, engineering, and client engagement teams.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively apply AI (Artificial Intelligence), LLMs (Large Language Models), or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and establish automation.
• Experience driving effective organizational change management by empowering operational teams through training and tooling.
• Proficient in designing and implementing comprehensive technical solutions, optimizing team capacity to focus on high-impact strategic roles and initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to clarify roles, streamline internal processes, minimize escalations, and create strong internal and external partnerships.
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools and environments
