We are now looking for a Manager, Site Sourcing EMEA to join our Indirect Sourcing team on a temporary basis to cover a parental leave.
In this role, you will support and implement innovative sourcing activities that help optimize site operating expenses within our manufacturing organization. You will collaborate closely with the manufacturing community and other sourcing colleagues to ensure meaningful results and seamless operations.
This position is based either at our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland or in Helsingborg, Sweden and you will report to the Sr Manager, Indirect Sourcing EMEA, located in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sourcing and contracting strategies at both local and regional levels.
- Providing expertise and guidance to effectively manage relevant spend categories.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Engaging suppliers to deliver day-to-day operational excellence.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to achieve better performance outcomes.
