YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM / IN CREATING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

• Manage Supply Ecosystem: Build strong supplier relationships, expand supplier pool, and integrate sustainability practices
• Execute Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement sourcing strategy for the region, overseeing logistics, contracts, and strategy execution.
• Drive Market Advantage: Provide market analysis, identify trading opportunities, and promote sustainability within the supply chain.
• Secures a diverse and sustainable feedstock supply chain, crucial for Neste’s business model.
• Optimizes logistics and negotiates favorable contracts, reducing costs and improving profitability.
• Enhances Neste’s market positioning by building strong supplier relationships and identifying new trading opportunities.
• Balancing the need to secure a consistent supply of feedstock with the requirement to optimize costs and maintain sustainability standards in a dynamic market environment.

KEYS TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE / THE BEST COMBINATION TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree (Post-grad considered a plus) in business, engineering, environment, or similar field
• 3+ years’ experience in procurement or biofuel feedstock supply/trading (energy markets knowledge a plus).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication,interpersonal skills. Exposure to physical logistics & regulatory concepts.
