Title and Summary Manager, Specialist Sales Overview Drive growth of digital acceptance and payment processing solutions through solution led sales. Lead revenue for merchant cloud products—including gateway, tokenization, fraud solutions, and QR—and align markets with regional/global teams to shape product strategy, tailor solutions, and ensure effective execution. Key Responsibilities • Grow revenue across the merchant solutions suite. • Understand technical setup, APIs, and integration flows for processing and tokenization. • Drive adoption of new and existing solutions. • Customize solutions with markets and regional/global teams. • Evaluate new digital opportunities and payment services. • Provide product enhancement requirements and specifications. • Define business/technical requirements; manage internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor product performance, manage changes, and oversee vendors. • Lead product marketing strategy across the lifecycle. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree; 7-10 years in payments/financial services. • Technical background preferred. ________________________________________ Skills & Abilities • Strong B2B solution based payment sales and product launch experience. • Solid business, technology, and financial analysis. • Knowledge of payment technical specs and APIs. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Fluent in English and Mandarin. • Self driven, strong in complex project coordination. • Creative, fast learner, strong problem solver. • Data driven with high attention to detail.
