With a fully renovated space and a brand-new concept that includes a full bar, restaurant, cutting-edge racetrack, and a variety of other attractions, we’re redefining fun in Richmond. Now, we’re seeking a driven and passionate Manager to help steer our success to new heights.

As a Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to manage day-to-day activities, lead and inspire our team, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation as Richmond’s top entertainment hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, including the racetrack, bar, and restaurant and other attractions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure operational efficiency and uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and business development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational performance.
