Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsibilities:1. Monitor & update tracking for Lessons learned based on Past concern history/Best Practices & Provide to CFT Team in early stage of New projects & Ensure implementation during Project phase in Part design/Manufacturing Process. 2. Ensure involvement & Front loading in New product development by providing inputs in FTG/Process/Advance technology /Additional Process & Detection controls with identification of CTQ Parameters & Critical stages (Z Station).3. Participate & Conduct Joint PTR at Supplier & Drive improvements through timely Closure of Non Conformities with Supplier Sr. Management.4. Conduct Installation sign off for critical identified parts along with supplier/CDMM-STA/SQA/MQA at plant & monitor identified improvement actions implementation5. Provide Support & involvement during ramp up for resolutions of Build quality issue due to ownership suppliers components.6. Align & ensure verification of Department Proactive initiatives at supplier end to enhance supplies Quality performance a. Deployment of Safe Launch Plan during new product ramp up b. Strengthening of Firewall c. Verification of Equipment / FTG / Poka Yoke etc. d. CTQ Parts parameter process capability Monitoring & Improvement, etc.Key Deliverables:1 Monitor & Achieve ownership suppliers DOL performance through Green Channel parts Quality Sustenance & Improvement2. Timely completion of JPTR for new products as per plan3. Achieve customer satisfaction through reduction in line/field concerns - Repeated & Total concerns.4. Achieve plant objectives by contributing though improvement initiatives at supplier - Zero defect, NFF, D2D, RPT reduction etc.5. E. /B.Tech (Mechanical/ Production/Automobile) General Experience 10 – 14 Years - B.E/ B Tech (Mechanical/Production/Automobile) Engg. Critical Experience Specialized Skills : 1. Know How & Exposure to PV/CV vehicle architecture with exposure to handle Sheet Metal BIW & TCF Parts - Big Stamp Parts, Welded assy, CCB, Sash, Run Channels, Fuel Tanks etc.2. Expert & Knowledge of Advanced Manufacturing Technology like High Strength Sheet Metal Stamping / Aluminium Stamping / Hot Forming / Roll Forming / Robotic Spot,Co2 Welding / Riveting / MFDC machines etc.3. Experience in BIW advance manufacturing process/FTG development, process audits, problem solving, APQP, PPAP etc. 4. Knowledge of FTG Try-out, buy-off, HLTO, FTG Prove Out etc. 5. Thorough knowledge of manufacturing & production processes like - stamping, Projection/spot/co2/Seam welding/roll forming/sealant application, Hemming, etc. 6. Strong Exposure to supplier handling communications, improvements, and upgradation 7. Knowledge of 7QC tools, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan, PFD, SPC, MSA, Lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma Green Belt etc. 8. Knowledge of CMM measurement - able to understand read/reflect actions as per CMM reports. 9.
