Hill’s Pet Nutrition is seeking a Global Manager/Sr. Manager for its Pet Parent Digital Ecosystem. This person will partner with the global marketing teams to own the creation of value-added pet parent experiences across our digital properties and guide Hill’s country teams to execute these global initiatives locally to support strategic growth plans.
Most importantly, they will have the opportunity to own the evolution of Hill’s consumer-facing digital platforms. As a key division of Colgate-Palmolive, Hill’s is making significant investments to transform its digital future. This role is an ideal opportunity for an innovative strategic thinker to influence and implement a strategic vision to be at the forefront of this transformation globally.
This role mandates a blend of technical understanding with demonstrated strategic thinking. Finally, this individual will need to be able to operate effectively across cultures and geographies influencing stakeholders and colleagues remotely and in different time zones.
