Bachelor’s Degree in management/architecture/mechanical & electrical or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in the project management in a healthcare organization or building industry.
A good team player with strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
Good administrative abilities and a high degree of initiative.
Responsibilities
Supports the Hospital Planning Committee and other related Committees on schedules, budgets and tenders, administrative support and updates.
Coordinate, synchronize and manage requirements between the areas of service planning, integration of care, infrastructure and other service areas which may arise during the course of the project.
Oversee full implementation of the projects, specifically in the areas of the continued liaison between users and the consultants.
Work with consultants, project managers and users of master plan and all projects in ensuring that the government’s interest is safeguarded, and that the development is completed in a timely manner and within budget.
Collaborate with workgroups and users on collation of requirements, submission and approval of funding/budget for pre-development and development projects.
Ensure that the progress, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established programme/guidelines.
