Job Description Manager, Data Quality Assurance The position will oversee the team’s quality control framework and ensure the accuracy and integrity of risk related data across the firm. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of operational and risk data workflows. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving data exceptions, coordinating with cross functional teams, and developing enhanced processes and controls. This position will work primarily with the Risk Management team and partner closely with Investment Operations. As part of a newly established and growing team, the role offers significant opportunity for increased responsibility and involvement in strategic initiatives—including the testing and implementation of a new guideline management system currently in development. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the team’s data sources, systems, and critical interfaces. • Design, maintain, and expand the firms QR platform and validation programs to ensure accuracy and consistency of risk and performance data in alignment with business priorities. • Proactively monitor data quality, investigate issues, and escalate concerns in coordination with Risk Management and Investment Operations. • Provide timely status updates to the manager and other Risk Management stakeholders as needed. • Test and build out new guideline framework.
