Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact As an Assistant Department Manager (GSS), you shall lead the department daily operations, oversees staff, manages budgets and ensure financial growth by securing new business prospects. You will be involved in strategic planning, process improvement, staff development, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met with compliance to company policies and local regulations. You shall also act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction Be Part of Our Success Manage daily operations and ensure maintenance services delivered comply with contractual requirements, company policies and local regulations. Point of Contact to handle escalated issues and engagement with contract stakeholders. Manage budget and plan for revenue growth which shall align to organization goal. Identify and develop capabilities to capture new markets and businesses. Plan and facilitate staff professional growth. Fosters an innovative working culture and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Qualities We Value Knowledge in Engineering discipline or equivalent Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well verse in Airforce and Army systems maintenance and contract requirements Good leadership skills. Experience in managing a team of engineers. Willing to travel to and work in camp sites.
