* Manage assigned debt portfolios and recovery strategies * Liaise with legal teams for litigation and asset recovery * Negotiate repayment plans and restructuring proposals * Propose NPA acquisitions and monitor litigation progress * Prepare management reports and approval papers * Maintain credit files and ensure proper documentation * Maximize returns through strategic negotiations and collateral sales * Attend meetings, site visits, and court proceedings as needed * Support cross-functional teams within the company
