The Manager Strategic Alliance supports the growth of JazzWorld’s digital products portfolio within the Government, enterprise, Cloud segment across the nationwide. Reporting into the Head of Strategy & Alliances, this role focuses on driving adoption of conventional & non-conventional digital solutions with end-to-end pre working of high value projects, maintaining customer relationship, portfolio stability, and achieving revenue target with growth. The incumbent will play a hands-on role in business development and client engagement while supporting strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver on assigned revenue targets within given portfolio, ensuring consistent contribution to overall growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Jazz’s footprint in digital and enterprise solutions Support the Strategy & Alliances department in executing growth strategies and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead and develop a team of Jazz Business Consultants, driving accountability and high performance Build strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored digital solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Product Development) to customize offerings for enterprise clients Stay updated on digital technologies and market trends, translating insights into actionable sales opportunities Promote Jazz’s digital solutions including SI part, Garaj Cloud, Quantica, CPaaS, and IoT in client conversations to establish Jazz as a trusted digital partner Oversee service delivery in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention Provide market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities and sharing insights with the Regional Head for strategic decision-making Prepare strategy to achieve assign sales target and build alliances with different organizations in favour of Jazz business revenue generations with proper compliance and integrity of organization. Requirements: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in digital solutions or technology products Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships in a competitive market Experience in leading teams and delivering on regional sales goals Skills and Competencies: Solid understanding of digital ecosystems (Cloud, AdTech, IoT, Precision Marketing) Strong client engagement and solution-selling skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams while independently driving results Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Commercial acumen with the ability to translate client needs into business opportunities Why Join JazzWorld?
