About the role Agile Robots is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Strategic Operations & Supply Chain Integration (m/f/d)to support the optimization, integration, and scaling of operational and supply chain activities across the Agile Group and its subsidiaries. The role will focus on driving operational excellence, enhancing supply chain performance, and supporting the integration of processes, systems, and best practices across a growing international organization. Working closely with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and subsidiary leadership teams, the successful candidate will identify improvement opportunities, lead strategic initiatives, and contribute to the development of a resilient and scalable operational footprint. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers broad exposure across multiple business units, technologies, and international markets. Your Responsibilities Strategic Operations Management Support the development and execution of strategic operational initiatives across Agile Robots and its subsidiaries. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, cost performance, and organizational effectiveness. Conduct operational assessments and develop recommendations to support business growth and operational maturity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, engineering operations, and business processes. Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain performance, including sourcing, procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment. Support the development of supply chain strategies that improve resilience, flexibility, quality, and cost competitiveness. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, capacity constraints, and supplier dependencies. Contribute to supplier development and strategic sourcing initiatives. Cross-Group Integration & Collaboration Coordinate operational and supply chain improvement projects across Agile Group companies and subsidiaries. Support the harmonization of processes, KPIs, governance structures, and operational best practices. Facilitate collaboration between procurement, manufacturing, logistics, quality, engineering, and commercial functions. Drive knowledge sharing and operational alignment across the organization. Operational Performance & Analytics Establish and monitor key operational and supply chain performance indicators. Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making. Support annual planning, capacity forecasting, and operational budgeting activities. Business Transformation & Integration Support operational integration activities related to acquisitions, new business units, and organizational growth initiatives. Participate in business transformation projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness and scalability. Assist in evaluating operational capabilities and identifying areas for standardization and optimization. Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with leadership teams across Agile Robots and its subsidiaries. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, logistics providers, and strategic partners. Act as a trusted partner to business leaders on operational and supply chain topics. Essential Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is advantageous. Experience 5–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, consulting, or related functions. Experience in industrial automation, robotics, electronics manufacturing, machinery, automotive, or other technology-driven industries is preferred. Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Exposure to international supply chain environments and complex manufacturing operations is advantageous. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and operational excellence methodologies. Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement approaches. Willingness to travel up to 50% Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and organizational boundaries. Self-driven and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
