The Manager of Strategic Partnerships focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and growth within all 5 segments of ELLKAY. The Manager of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for meeting ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities & Essential Duties: * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact. * Generate/influence new opportunities driven through our vendor relationships * Meet or exceed assigned growth targets * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that leverage partnerships to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, or enhance product offerings. * Become a subject matter expert on ELLKAY solutions Qualifications: * 3-4 years of account management experience, managing strategic accounts * Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and delivering results * Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization * Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned growth targets * Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required * Ability to understand client needs and communicate complex solutions in a clear and articulate manner * Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where responsibility for individual performance and a team approach are valued * Knowledge of healthcare Benefits: ELLKAY offers a comprehensive and competitive benefit package that starts day one!
