In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Mergers and acquisitions of upstream palm oil plantation and downstream targets. • Joint Ventures and Greenfield project assessments. • Strategic Planning and business development for RGE group of companies. • Conduct corporate finance analysis such as comprehensive industry and target research, valuation – discounted cash flow, listed company and precedent transactions analysis, IRR, payback, industry operational and financial benchmarking, and acquisition financing. • Responsible for market and opportunity analytics and presenting findings to senior management including marco economics and asset level evaluation.
