MANAGER, STRATEGIC SOURCING

DaVita Inc. is a Fortune 500® company, that through its operating divisions, provides a variety of health care services to patient populations throughout the United States and abroad. A leading provider of dialysis services in the United States, DaVita treats patients with chronic kidney failure and end stage renal disease.
We are currently seeking a Managerof Strategic Sourcing. They will be responsible for developing a strategic approach to sourcing and the corporate procurement of direct goods and services. Our ideal candidate will ensure the development and maintenance of category strategies, direct strategic sourcing initiatives, and assist team members with procurement processes, changes, and updates other procurement-related activities. This position will play a critical role in assisting the Director of Strategic Sourcing in setting the strategic vision for the future of DaVita’s procurement while working with internal stakeholders to identify constituents’ needs, develop and implement strategies to meet those needs, promote a positive teammate and customer experience, and execute fiscal responsibility. This position must also uphold the Core Values of DaVita and comply with DaVita policies and regulations.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 6+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management role or consulting
  • Enterprise procurement software experience strongly preferred (e.g., P2P Systems, ERP)
  • Previous experience within category management or strategic sourcing or management consulting
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
