Location: Toronto, ON (4 days onsite)

Our client is seeking a Manager, Strategic Technology Planning & Governance with a background in management consulting or strategic program management to lead annual technology planning, governance, and executive communications for their enterprise-wide portfolio.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

-7+ years in management consulting or strategic program management
- Proven ability to translate complex IT requirements into actionable strategies
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with financial data and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
- Experience in budget planning, governance frameworks, and portfolio reporting
