Intramotev is seeking an experienced Strategy Manager with a focus on Commercial and Growth. This position will play a key role in helping Intramotev meet its future volume goals by developing growth strategies and initiatives. A successful candidate will have experience within top-tier management consulting, investment banking, high-growth technology companies, and/or VC/PE investing. Position Responsibilities * Creation and execution of growth strategies for customer acquisition, software and service agreements, and customer expansion. * Support fundraising efforts through design of strategies and materials to secure resources that enable rapid growth. * Lead other strategic efforts as needed, to include office/factory expansion, M&A exploration, and other initiatives related to growth. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) * Ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to capture growth, and execute said strategies. * Ability to learn railroad operations, use cases, and networks. Ability to engage with customers or potential customers directly. * Ability to understand and convey technically complex product benefits and value propositions in simple terms. * Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time. * Self-starter willing to operate independently with autonomy as well as cross-functionally in small teams.  * Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) * Experience in client-facing roles is strongly preferred. * Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred. Typical Education and Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through education and typically 5 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
