We’re on the lookout for a seasoned and forward-thinking Manager - Strategy and Investor Relations to step into a pivotal role on a 12-month maternity leave coverage, with the possibility of extension. About the role  In the role of Manager - Strategy and Investor Relations, you will work Monday to Friday at our Perth Head Office, reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and evolve Group strategy Conduct industry and macroeconomic analysis to inform strategic direction Track and report on key business initiatives and strategic outcomes. Develop financial models aligned with strategic objectives Financial modelling and analysis of strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and divestments Promote shareholder returns both internally and externally Guarantee best practice extends to Group governance and disclosure Serve as the primary liaison for shareholders, brokers, and investors Proactively identify and engage potential shareholders Inform and educate shareholders while addressing shareholder concerns Promote the corporate strategy via publications and other communications Advise on disclosure requirements Prepare media and investment community communication campaigns and materials About you To succeed in this role, you will bring:   Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Corporate Finance or equivalent Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role High level Commercial, Financial and Business Acumen Vast knowledge of Investment Community Communication Great ability to select, prepare and present relevant material Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder Employee benefits Ongoing career development opportunities - Challenge.
