Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager. In this role, you will manage multiple projects at Vial, including helping to set and execute firm level strategy. You will engage closely with the executive team and have significant autonomy in leading Strategy and Operations projects. You will report directly to the General Manager of Therapeutic Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and operational policies
