Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Prepare the Strategic Packs for management meeting on a timely manner and accuracy;
  • Perform customer data analytics to ensure a better management of client portfolio to achieve maintain and grow the business;
  • Participate in budget monitoring, forecasting and planning;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks/ projects as requested by line manager.

Product and Process Improvement

  • Streamline operational requirement to support the performance management reporting;
  • Lead/participate in initiatives to advance the Bank’s innovation agenda, including articulating and developing innovation opportunities, aligned to the Bank’s goals, vision and mission;
  • Prepare commercialization plan for the launching of the products and services;
  • Monitor and review the existing products continuously;
  • Support the process improvement projects.

Sales and Performance management

  • Calculate and monitor the sales performance KRA;
  • Calculate and monitor the campaign performance.

Campaign management

  • Initiate promotional campaigns;
  • Monitor campaign performance;
  • Fulfill campaign mechanism including payout to internal and external customers.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking with at least (2) years in sales management, product development, project management, accounting or finance.
  • Experience in managing team and dealing with management and higher level
  • Strong business planning skills but with proven ability to execute and build business cases
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working with 3rd party platform and data providers
  • Manage and lead team to move into the right direction align with company’s strategy.
  • Assist and support junior managers to handle their technical tasks effectively with minimal cost.
  • Abilities to convince stakeholders to follow company’s policy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work independently and good working relationship with other depts.
  • Numeric and analytical.
  • Conscious of details and accuracy
  • English is proficiency
