ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Manager, you will lead individual workstreams within larger engagements and manage smaller-scale projects end-to-end. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality strategic outputs, developing client-ready deliverables, and supporting junior team members in their development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and structure project workstreams and small projects with minimal oversight
• Conduct and synthesise research and analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Support and manage client communications, including interviews and workshops
• Collaborate with senior team members on project planning, timelines, and quality assurance
• Coach consultants and analysts in project delivery and consulting fundamentals
• Support proposal development and contribute to business development activities
