Key capabilities include cost baselining and analytics, benchmarking, opportunity identification, value realization strategies, process optimization, functional transformation (e.g., SG&A, Finance, HR, etc. functions), enterprise operating model design, and more. EFS also embeds adaptive, cross-functional strategies to outperform market shifts - developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market entry strategies, enterprise growth strategies, and boldly transforming front, middle, and back-office functions.
