Responsibilities: * 4-6 years of work experience with at least 2-4 years of strategy, business consulting and / or program management. * 2-3 years of work experience in startups previously * Strong Academics, Preferred Tier 1 institutes. * Broad exposure to and hands-on experience with business transformation, program management, change management, and people leadership. * Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills * High degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skills * Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans * Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change * Organized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Work from office(Banglore)
