MANAGER, STUDENT SERVICES, EDWARDS SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
Primary Purpose: To develop, implement and evaluate strategies for delivery of undergraduate student services within the Edwards School of Business. The manager will oversee the student life cycle, awards administration, supervise the daily activities of the undergraduate programs advisors and build and enhance relationships with key school stakeholders.
Nature of Work: Reporting to the Director, Undergraduate Programs and Career Services, this position will be responsible for managing the undergraduate student success. The position is situated in a student-centered, service-oriented environment, and the person in the position will be subject to competing interests, multiple projects, and tight deadlines. The position requires significant interaction with students, faculty, staff, and other administrative personnel on campus.

- Superior research, analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
- Ability to perform job functions with sensitivity and diplomacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams and Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are preferred
Experience using the SIRIUS student information system and JIRA ticketing system is an asset.

Salary: The salary range, based on 1.0 FTE, is $69,035.00 - 107,868.00 per annum. The starting salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
