We are looking for senior tax specialist industry (m, f, d) as Manager Supervision - Group Tax Aufgaben Management of international tax projects and development and implementation of tax initiatives in various countries based on in-depth knowledge of tax accounting and operational transfer pricing / Monitoring of tax regulations in assigned jurisdictions and ensuring compliance / Support for strategic business decisions in collaboration with internal and external and external stakeholders / Developing internal controls and optimizing operational tax procedures / Ensuring operational resilience in a changing tax environment / Managing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation in various countries / Supporting line managers when tax audits are announced and maintaining written correspondence with tax authorities / Advising on international tax issues and collaborating on group initiatives / Collaborating with internal stakeholders on cross-border projects and transactions. Qualifikation Master's in Law or Economics / Tax Expert or LL.M. with a focus on international tax law / Knowledge of transfer pricing / Professional experience in an international auditing firm or tax firm, also possible in tax department of a private bank or asset manager / Analytical, team-oriented personality with interpersonal and communication skills / Interest in management and project organization / Team player with a positive attitude, initiative, and solution-oriented approach / IT skills and MS Office skills / English and German.
