Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner with a welcoming smile for each guest on arrival
  • Ensuring smooth operations, managing staff throughout service
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Ensuring that you are fully aware of the Scottish Licensing Laws that we must all follow
  • Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar
  • Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments
  • Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation, promoting sales. going the extra mile to ensure our guests have a great experience
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, insuring a positive experience for all
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Working together as a team, lead and motivate the team to achieve goals and maintain high service standards
