How you will create an impact :

  • Transparent procurement analysis: presentation of the procurement situation, identification and assessment of supply risks and the measures derived from them.
  • Supplier development: Analysis, evaluation and further development of the supplier pool in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Quality assurance support: Involvement in negotiating quality assurance agreements, participating in on-site supplier measures (e.g. audits, supplier training, supplier performance improvement measures) and proactive follow-up of measures.
  • Knowledge transfer: Organization of know-how transfer and best practices between business units and PT plants as well as at group level.
  • Process optimization: Analysis of relevant processes, tools and KPIs and derivation of optimized standards in coordination with interface departments.

What are we looking for :

  • Degree in, for example, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or supplier quality management, technical sales or technical product management. Qualification as an auditor is an advantage
  • Sound user knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • In-depth experience of supplier development and qualification processes
  • Good project management and visualization skills
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with international teams
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
