This position is responsible for supporting the Director, Supplier Experience in the advancement of supplier communication through various vehicles to support seamless execution of company projects and initiatives, with a focus on optimizing partner success. This position will require comprehensive knowledge of internal processes and workflows across different departments. The role will also engage and coordinate the efforts of key stakeholders and subject matter experts to meet the scope and deadlines of projects. As with all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision and Values.Essential Functions:DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and execute comprehensive communication plans for projects and initiatives impacting supplier partnerships, while maintaining the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Represent team in projects requiring supplier communication including new customer onboarding, warehouse changes, policy adjustments, etc.
  • Support and mature partnerships with KeHE’s data and content providers.
  • Manage KeHE’s end-to-end supplier educational strategy.
  • Create and update educational content and training while continuously making improvements to gain reach and connectivity.
  • Involvement in platform enhancements to support optimal experience and ease of doing business and create necessary communication for a seamless execution.
  • Establish methods to connect with internal departments to increase supplier partner success.
  • Assemble and proof presentations and announcements for accuracy, consistency, and visual appearance.
  • Support other functional groups within the organization on an as-needed basis (e.g. Category Management, Growth Solutions, Supply Chain, etc).
  • Other duties and projects as assignedSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
  • Willingness to take initiative on projects with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate skill and competency with all Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment

  • Possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detailMinimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study
  • 3-5 years’ experience with retail merchandising, grocery category management, the consumer package goods industry, and/or the grocery industryPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
