Together with our partners, we are shaping the future of air travel, ensuring reliability and efficiency for all.
We are seeking a strategic and solutions-driven Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics to lead our end-to-end materials and procurement functions. This critical role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all purchasing and warehouse operations within our aviation MRO facilities. You will ensure that material availability aligns with production timelines, support cost-effective procurement strategies, and drive efficiencies across our supply chain ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of aviation part certification, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., SCMP, CPSM) is an asset.
Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational schedules and reduce aircraft turnaround time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and approved vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient supply.
  • Negotiate terms and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Inventory & Stores Oversight

  • Oversee inventory control systems and ensure optimal stock levels for planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of inventory tracking processes, optimizing warehouse layout and flow.
  • Ensure accuracy of all parts records, traceability, certifications, and compliance with Transport Canada, FAA, and EASA requirements.
  • Oversee kitting and staging of parts for distribution to the aircraft maintenance teams.

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Lead and mentor a team of Stores and Purchasing personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of materials and scheduling.
  • Utilize KPIs and data analytics to inform decision-making, reduce waste, and enhance operational readiness.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Standardize and streamline procedures for purchasing and materials control.
  • Maintain strict compliance with quality assurance standards and aviation regulatory requirements.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP/MRP systems) to modernize inventory and procurement processes.
