Recruit, select, and grow a team to drive this automation transformation Grow a collection of proven, industrialized automation solutions supporting both greenfield and brownfield scenarios Engineer, plan, and implement automation efficiency projects- coordinating amongst Plant Operations, Research & Development, Information Technology, solution providers, Flow Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and others to ensure appropriate solutions within budget and on schedule. Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a combination of equivalent and experience Proven leadership behaviors - specifically in areas of communication and team building Must be comfortable in industrial manufacturing settings with ability to travel Experience benchmarking in the arena of Industrial Material Handling solutions will be a plus.
