Your contribution

  • Head of the Supply Chain Team
  • Planning, control and monitoring of the entire supply chain for the hospital production area
  • Ensuring efficient material procurement in cooperation with the purchasing department.
  • Close coordination with work preparation
  • On-time order processing through continuous communication with sales, production and warehouse
  • Monitoring of ongoing orders and coordination with the supply chain team regarding changes in production.
  • Coordination and interface function between purchasing, production, sales and warehouse
  • Conducting regular coordination meetings to identify bottlenecks or deviations at an early stage.
  • Monitoring of the supply chain including risk identification and assessment
  • Analysis and optimization of processes along the supply chain
  • Scheduling new projects/orders with special configurations (production planning)

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed Master's degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • Solid expertise in the field of supply chain management as well as a strong understanding along the entire value chain
  • Several years of management experience (at least 3 years) with proven competence in employee development and team management
  • Excellent user skills in MS Office and extensive experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable ERP systems.
  • Experience as an ERP key user with a sound understanding of ERP-supported business processes
  • Structured, analytical and conscientious work ethic with high quality standards
  • A strong willingness to learn, initiative, and the motivation to actively drive change.
  • Strong team orientation combined with excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills and a pronounced solution-oriented approach to complex issues
  • Experience in process and project management as well as in the successful implementation of optimization measures
