Job Description Lead the company’s outsourced contract manufacturing of its flagship module cards for AI security and power management products, designed, manufactured, and supplied by Axiado to leading server, switch and router OEMs. Manage products through the PLC (Product Life Cycle) process, per the defined product roadmapand project plans (deliverables, owners, schedules). Develop and manage a robust/scalable supply chain (local and offshore Contract Manufacturers), to support the company’s growing customer base requirements (on-time delivery of products at target performance/quality), and meet corporate objectives (capacity, lead-time, yield, quality, cost). Collaborate cross-functionally to support corporate objectives and customers requirements: with Business Operations to develop and maintain an ERP/MRP enterprise system capable of supporting a scalable business (customer, products, flows, costs, … etc.) with Engineering during the NPI phase, to define, document, track, and ensure flawless execution of product development milestones (modules BOM, components/PCB procurement, assembly, test, FG), to ensure on-time delivery of samples, and high volume production release/ramp with Sales/Marketing to ensure seamless customer experience through the engagement process (customer RFI/RFQ, on-boarding, demand forecast, purchase orders, fulfillment, RMA’s, … etc.) with Manufacturing Operations to ensure on-time delivery, highest yield and quality, lowest cost, scalable capacity, predictable lead-time (expedite options), and ISO certification/maintenance Qualifications BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline in advanced semiconductor technology Minimum 10 years experience in the semiconductor industry, as an individual and team manager Contract manufacturing (CM) supply chain management experience, local and offshore Technical background and knowledge of high performance electronics products (chips and modules) Familiarity with SMT process, bring-up/debug of server boards/modules in the lab and at CM’s Strong business acumen (effective communication, negotiation, project management, execution, agile) Personal integrity, professional, self-motivated, persistent, dependable, analytical, detail oriented, agile/resourceful to multi-task and manage ambiguity and timely execution in a fast pace environment Travel (10~20%) Additional Information Axiado is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the highest caliber talent in a diverse and multifaceted environment.
