Key Responsibilities Non-@Contracted Transactions &@ Maverick Spend Oversight: Address Non-@Contracted Transactions and Maverick expenditure To enhance cost savings and strengthen procurement policy adherence. - RfX Coordination: Prepare and disseminate Requests for Information (RFI), Proposals (RFP), and Quotations (RFQ) for purchase requisitions, ensuring optimal pricing and contractual terms. -@ Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors directly or via e-Auctions To secure favourable pricing, Quality, and delivery schedules for all procurement initiatives. -@ purchase Order Processing: Expedite the conversion of approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders in line with Service Level Agreements. - Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as principal liaison To suppliers, facilitating timely material deliveries and proactively resolving Quality or delay concerns. -@ cost Optimization Initiatives: Implement strategies leveraging Negotiation skills and market intelligence To maximise procurement-@related cost reductions. -@ Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure alignment of procurement practices with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. -@ analytics & reporting: Track and report key procurement indicators—such as cost savings, Vendor performance, and SLA compliance—to support data-@driven decisions. -@ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including operations, finance, and other stakeholders, To align purchasing activities with Business objectives.
