📍 Geneva, Switzerland | 🌍 International Organization | 📅 July 2026 – January 2027 We are currently supporting a leading international organization active in the global health sector in the search for a Manager – Supply Chain Strategy & Policy to support key strategic and operational initiatives within a complex international environment. This temporary assignment will focus on strengthening in-country supply chain systems, supporting strategic investment initiatives, and contributing to policy, governance, and health financing-related workstreams. Role Overview The selected consultant will provide strategic, analytical, and coordination support across multiple supply chain and health systems initiatives. The role combines: supply chain strategy, health financing, policy advisory, stakeholder coordination, programme oversight, and strategic reporting. The position requires a strong ability to operate in complex multicultural environments and work across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support strategic initiatives related to in-country supply chain strengthening and health systems performance Contribute to strategic investment planning, prioritization, and monitoring activities Support workstreams related to supply chain financing, sustainability, and operational efficiency Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across global health and development ecosystems Prepare briefing notes, strategic reports, presentations, and governance materials for leadership teams Contribute to policy, technical guidance, and performance measurement frameworks Support governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination activities Analyze operational and performance data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives Profile Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, Public Health, Engineering, or a related field Strong experience in: supply chain strategy, operations, health systems, programme management, policy or advisory environments Experience within international organizations, NGOs, consulting firms, healthcare, pharma, FMCG, or development environments is highly valued Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work across complex and multicultural organizations Additional Information 📍 Location: Geneva, Switzerland 📅 Start date: July 2026 📆 Duration: until January 2027 🏢 Hybrid working environment 🌍 International and multicultural environment 👉 If you are interested in contributing to impactful global health and supply chain initiatives within a high-level international environment, we would be pleased to discuss this opportunity with you.
