JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards, and providing exceptional service to our guests. The Manager will play a crucial role in training and developing staff, maintaining kitchen management practices, and supervising all aspects of restaurant operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully supervising teams.
  • Experience in kitchen management, including knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus; ability to help coordinate events is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service.

  • Engage with guests to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that product delivery from vendors are delivered and put away by the staff properly.
  • Order product from approved vendors.
  • Be able to create a schedule for the staff.
  • Interview potential staff members and make decisions on hiring.
