Description
1. Draft Sustainability-related policies, procedures, framework, strategies, plans and proposals to improve PMB’s Sustainability stewardship while optimising financial and manpower resources.  2. Manage the comprehensive review exercise and analysis on Sustainability-related policies, procedures, framework, strategies, plans and proposals to ensure they are in line with leading practices.  3. Ensure meeting of requirements of internal and external stakeholders (Government, Regulators Shareholders, Sukukholders, UNGC, CEO Action Network, etc.)  4. Assist the business functions and project managers to incorporate Sustainability (ESG) consideration into decision-making into AOPs, projects and operational activities.  5. Assist business functions estimate their GHG emissions for each projects (Board, MTC and MEC papers)  6. Operationalize Green Procurement Framework and facilitating the reporting of GHG emissions by our Vendors, Contracts and Business Partners  7. Keep abreast of the latest trends, regulations and requirements within the sustainability sphere and its application to PLUS business and operations  8. Be a central coordinator central coordinator with various business function for compilation of data for all sustainability initiatives in PMB for reporting to internal and external.  9. Assist business functions in collating, reporting and monitoring of GHG emissions, in achieving PLUS Net Zero Target  10. Execute requirements as per PLUS Green Roadmap 2.0 and collaborate with Operations in the implementation of initiatives where required  11. Perform analysis and studies to assist business functions on Sustainability for incorporation within the organization and for commercial viability  12. Assist the Leadership team to execute and sustainability initiative as required  13. Project manage any ESG related projects to support PLUS’ aspirations and commitments.  14. Implement a strong sustainability culture within the organization through communication and awareness with all parties working with PLUS (ie. Business Partners, Vendors, Suppliers)  15. Prepare and conduct advocacy initiatives and programs to strengthen sustainability culture within the organization, the industry and the nation.  16. Prepare, draft and coordinate Sustainability Reports and other required reports the Management, Board and external parties.  17. Prepare presentations for Sustainability advocacy, awards, talks, seminars, programs and engagement sessions  18. Assist the Commercial business in identifying commercially viable environmental related opportunities 19. Develop, monitor and execute PLUS social development programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
