As the Group Manager for System Design Operational Analysis and Human Factors, you’ll lead a team of 8 talented Human Factor Engineers and AEW&C operators. The team work on projects both within and outside their own organization, for multiple Business Units.
Your role will be a blend of operational leadership, strategic planning, and personnel development. You’ll work closely with your team to address their long-term growth needs and daily operational challenges, fostering an inclusive environment where every voice matters. You are also part of the System Design management team, where you will contribute to strategic planning, address common personnel issues, and support collaboration between the groups
