About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theatre, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events centre.    About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager - Table Games Project to join the resort’s Gaming Operations & Administration team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of gaming projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, compliance, IT, finance, HR) to align project objectives with organizational goals. * Conduct feasibility studies, prepare business cases, and provide recommendations for new gaming initiatives. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. * Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and post-implementation reviews. * Support the SVP of Gaming Operations & Administration in strategic planning, policy development, and operational enhancements. * Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies across all project activities. * Provide training, guidance, and support to operational teams during project rollouts and transitions. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest experience within table games operations.     About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in gaming operations & administration, with at least 3 years in a project management or supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of gaming operations & administration, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. * Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification is an advantage). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.     About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
