As the Manager of Talent Acquisition – Recruitment Marketing, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives that attract top talent to our Village. You’ll shape how DaVita shows up in the talent marketplace, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through innovative, data-driven campaigns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Direct people leadership experience required
  • Required experience with national campaign management
  • Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook.
  • Expert skills and proficiency with tools such as marketing analytics software, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad or similar programs

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruitment marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and oversee multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies aligned with DaVita’s hiring goals and employer brand.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and oversee campaign performance, ensuring alignment with brand standards and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Brand, TA Communications, TA Learning, and business partners to deliver cohesive messaging and candidate experiences.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize campaign performance, inform strategy, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Champion DaVita’s core values and culture through storytelling, events, and digital engagement.
