What you will do:
In this key role, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director for Americas, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for designing, creating, and implementing a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and hire top talent across North America. This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for approximately 2,000 positions annually.
You will serve as a strategic business partner and provide timely advice to business leaders and HR professionals regarding talent markets, employer branding, managing candidate pipelines, and fulfilling talent needs. Leading a team of recruiters, you will be accountable for improving data-driven performance metrics, managing hiring targets, and ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.

How you will do it:

  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR to develop and execute high-volume recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver against aggressive hiring targets across multiple locations and shifts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified labor candidates through proactive sourcing, community outreach, and partnerships with workforce agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency, quality of hire, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience to support operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, training, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the workforce.

What we look for:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in high-volume recruitment settings.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, including leading cross-functional groups and overseeing multiple departments or projects.
  • Strong understanding of union regulations and requirements: Proven experience working within unionized environments, including knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to utilize and adopt AI tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent efficiently.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
