Offered salary is dependent upon experience and remote location. This role is crucial in attracting, assessing, and securing top talent across numerous functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, adept at leveraging cutting-edge recruitment strategies, and deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. This role requires exceptional collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive Kendo's growth and maintain our entrepreneurial spirit.   RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: * Manage recruitment activities for Lip Lab, Kendo’s experiential retail lipstick brand, working with leadership and store managers to support a wide range of needs including posting roles, recruitment, offer letters and transfers. * Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for a diverse range of corporate fulltime and temporary positions, from entry to mid-level, across Kendo’s dynamic brand portfolio. * Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced tools and platforms, to identify and engage exceptional active and passive candidates. * Cultivate and maintain robust talent pipelines, proactively networking within key communities and utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to anticipate future hiring needs. Hiring Manager Partnership & Coaching: * Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on staffing best practices, market trends, and interview techniques to ensure objective and effective hiring decisions. * Partner closely with departments to develop a deep understanding of their unique talent needs and strategic objectives. * Champion an efficient and positive interviewing process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) in Talent Acquisition: * Drive the continuous evolution of Kendo’s diversity recruiting initiatives, ensuring all candidate slates are diverse and reflective of our global consumer base. * Provide recruiting support for our annual Summer Internship program, participating in working with Intern Managers, screening and evaluating candidates and building a pipeline of future Kendo leaders. Cross-Functional Collaboration & HR Partnership: * Work seamlessly with the broader People + Culture (HR) team on critical HR initiatives, including compensation and onboarding, to ensure a holistic and positive employee journey. * Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance Kendo’s employer brand, showcasing our unique culture and value proposition as an employer of choice. Operational Excellence & Compliance: * Manage and track temporary and freelance recruitment needs, effectively partnering with candidates, third-party vendors and staffing agencies. * Ensure timely and accurate completion of recruitment reports and data analysis to inform talent strategies. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards to ensure all recruitment practices are legally sound.   REQUIREMENTS Experience: * 5+ years of progressive, full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience, with a strong preference for experience within the consumer products or beauty industry. * Minimum 3+ years of in-house recruitment experience, demonstrating success in hiring for a wide range of retail and corporate roles. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. Responsibilities
