The impact you’ll make As a program manager (IC) you will shape Lam Research India’s recruitment strategy and position the company as an employer of choice in the semiconductor industry. Your work will directly influence business success by ensuring top talent acquisition for critical engineering and R&D roles, driving diversity, and enabling data-driven hiring decisions. Also, lead hiring for top talent for Leadership positions for India. What you’ll do Develop talent acquisition strategies for the R&D group. Forecast workforce needs and build proactive pipelines for niche technical roles. Drive a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Introduce advanced selection methodologies (structured interviews, skill-based assessments, predictive analytics). Partner with global TA teams to pilot innovative hiring practices. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing TA team. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HRBPs. Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and talent strategies. Leverage ATS, analytics, and digital platforms for process optimization. Define and drive KPIs: time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity ratios, HM satisfaction. Present dashboards and insights to senior leadership for data-driven decisions. Manage leadership positions for India. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 12–15 years of progressive TA experience. Proven expertise in hiring for engineering, R&D, and niche technical roles. Strong knowledge of India’s talent market and semiconductor/high-tech industries. Experience in global organizations with matrix structures. Proficiency in recruitment technologies and analytics. Preferred qualifications Experience in Hiring R&D (Hardware and Software engineering) positions. Exposure in driving ATS implementation in a Hardware product company. Why join Lam Research?
