Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Full-lifecycle recruiting for roles at all levels and multiple departmentsProvide hiring managers
  • ' clear visibility and reporting of candidate pipelines and offer guidance regarding sourcing methods, interview/offer process and labor market conditions
  • Develop a trusted relationship with the business that results in becoming an advisor/business partner to them
  • Manage a consistent, high volume of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
  • Follow up/survey hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders on the overall recruitment process. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Contribute to and lead various Talent related initiatives that are in support of our vision and enable the company to efficiently scale
  • Offer guidance to and management of Recruiting Coordinator to ensure we are optimizing their time and efforts as a shared team resource
  • Train Talent Acquisition team on new processes, procedures, technology and best practices.
  • Manage and develop Recruiter(s) assigned to your team.
  • Assist in vendor management (job boards, background check provider, sourcing tools, staffing firms) as needed
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor

  • ‘s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in full life cycle recruiting experience at all levels
  • Must have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the Hub Group organization in a manner that consistently produces results
  • Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven skills in sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Possess the aptitude to offer creative suggestions and the vision to identify areas for continuous improvement
