Overview Job Profile: Manager, Talent Acquisition Sr. Responsibilities Responsibilities Act as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for Business Leaders at the site. Develop strategies based on business plans to attract top industry talent. Work with teams and operations to create models for current and future talent needs. Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and plan effectively. Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive. Manage efficient, fast-paced, full-cycle recruiting operations to support rapid hiring growth. Provide regular reports to hiring managers on recruiting funnel effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate with Marketing Teams to enhance and promote Qualfon’s employment brand. Build relationships with LGUs, universities, and participate in local recruiting events and social media engagement. Implement and maximize ATS tools to improve candidate experience. Qualifications Requirements Successful track record in recruitment management within a rapidly growing BPO organization. Hands-on experience with social media, events, and recruiting channels. Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting. Experience using various recruitment and ATS platforms. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Strategic thinker capable of refining end-to-end recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
